Qualifactions:

Son of the head of Louisiana’s largest and most respected Commercial Contracting Companies Farnsworth received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University with the intention of some daytaking over the rein of his families business.  After college he joined the firm Societe des Technque Lummus in France while pursuing developments in France and Spain.   Upon his return to the US he joined the firm of Latter and Blum the largest Real Estate brokerage in New Orleans.  Eight years later  he started his own firm which at its peake had 540 licensed agents in eight offices in Orleans and St. Tammany Parishes. Farnsworth Samuel Wagespack Commercial Division headed by Farnsworth, the President of the firm had 30 agents and 2 property managers whereas its Residential Division headed by V.P. Martha Ann Samuel had the balance.  Through Farnsworth’s efforts FSW became the sole Louisiana reprecentative of Sotheby Park Benet International Realty.  Later through a demerger Farnsworth took over the Commercial and Property Management Division which subquently Exceptional Properties.

Farnsworth, never one for designations, has sucessfully completed all CCIM and MAI courses offered by National Assciation of Realtors as well as SEC license used in Syndications. 

Farnsworh is imentally qualified to represent Buyers, Sellers, Lessees, Lessors and Developers.  Stong experience in Historic Adaptive Use Projects , Shopping Center development and subdivision development.
